In response to snowfall in multiple areas of Henan province, CR activated emergency response plans and organized snow and ice removal operations on key sections of railway lines and critical turnouts. The Beijing-Guangzhou Railway is a major north-south transportation artery in China, with extremely busy passenger and freight traffic. To ensure transport safety under heavy snowfall conditions, CR-Zhengzhou carried out continuous ice and snow removal on frost-prone parts of key operating equipment and implemented 24-hour monitoring of critical turnout areas, minimizing the impact of snowfall on train operations to the greatest extent possible.
