On March 16, railway workers carried out rail welding operations at Nanjing Linchang Railway Station along the Beijing-Shanghai Railway. Recently, CR-Shanghai launched the first phase of intensive maintenance construction for 2026 on the Beijing-Shanghai Railway within its jurisdiction. The Nanjing Bridge Engineering Section and Nanjing Signaling and Communication Section formed a joint operations team to carry out turnout overhauls, track tamping and track circuit rectification, eliminating potential safety hazards and ensuring safe and smooth passenger and freight transportation.
